Vice President of Bahamas Operations – Melanie is a civil engineer and high-level executive with decades of technical and government experience. A former Director of Public Works in The Bahamas (serving twice), she was the first woman to hold that position, and she was the first female Bahamian Civil Engineer. She has served as president of the Zonta Club of New Providence, and is the current president of The Bahamas Society of Engineers.
